A native Houstonian, with degrees in both Architectural Engineering & Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, she brings an intimate knowledge of the greater Houston area to the table, along with a critical eye for architecture and details.

Atul is a licensed Realtor and the founder of Modern Houston Homes, which he created to serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers of modern and contemporary residences in Houston. Prior to entering the field of residential real estate, his experience includes working as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and as a part of the real estate investment team at Lionstone Group – a leading Houston based private equity firm. He graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Finance and Business Honors with a minor in Spanish.
